Galatians 1:6-9, Hebrews 5:11-14 (Bible Gateway) 

Theme: Jesus’ followers must so grasp His message that they can reject error.

1. Departing from God’s message is departing from God.
2. Changing God’s message and passing on the result to others deserves God’s curse.
3. The Gospel Message is the only authority for faith and practice.
4. The ordinary believer must evaluate what he hears and reject falsehood.
5. Remaining immature is a result of laziness.
6. The ability to discriminate good from bad requires discipline in learning God’s Word.
7. Following Christ in this world requires testing truth claims and rejecting error.
